This Indian Wells course is a par 72 offering close to 6500 yards of fairways and holes to play. The slope rating is 127. For over forty years, the Classic course is the place famous for having the Bob Hope Classic.
The second of the two courses at Indian Wells is the Cove Course. This course came along after the Classic course and offers a championship quality 18 hole game. This Indian Wells Country Club course also offers 6500 yards of par 72 play and has a slope rating of 121. Eddied Sussalla also designed this course with assistance from Ted Robinson, Sr.’ Each golf course has wonderful water features and a rich, colorful landscape. The beautiful vies of the surrounding mountains can only be found at Indian Wells.
Golf course frontage is a part of all the homes in the Indian Wells community and has been offering the same since 1956. This country club was named as the “Fun Club of the Desert”‘ since its establishment. Not only are the courses a definite amenity, the Club offers golf groups, four private dining areas, a golf academy for improving the game, and a full events calendar for members to take advantage of.
The 70,000 square foot clubhouse at Indian Wells, offers every member something they are looking for in an elite club membership. Each member is chosen carefully and new members need an a current member invitation to join. For those who want membership, but do not know anyone related to the club, the membership director is available to assist you in obtaining a membership for yourself. Since this club is exclusive, the Indian Wells membership process is not an easy one and will be full of requirements for the individual to complete.

The mountain views are stunning and the serenity of the desert is the desired atmosphere that some many who come here are looking for. Homes vary in size starting at 2500 square feet and can be as large as 5000 square feet. Prices begin in the low $300,000 range and can escalate as high as $2 million plus. A few of the lots are available for customizing and allow you to build the dream home you have always wanted. Lots range in size and this will depend on the location you prefer. In general, each lot is an average quarter to half acre in size.
