It seems as if I can’t go anywhere these days without hearing or reading somebody’s version of just when the Palm Springs Real Estate market is going to turn. I have a close friend from Italy, with an dear old-world Sicilian mother I lovingly call Nona, which is Italian for Grandmother. As much as I love her I usually take her earthy advice with a grain of salt.
